Blog Assignments April 11.

--Why is important for students to post their work to blogs (or in other ways)?--

Teachers need to know you have done your work. It is easy to write about it in a blog post and say you have done it, but how could you prove it without evidence of your work?

Here are some examples of kids posting work in their blogs:

  1. You have a good point about teachers will have a way of knowing whether or not if the students have done the work. You made another point about providing evidence. I think one good way to get evidence that they did is to have a quiz the next day. This will show if the students learn anything or not. Good Point!!

  2. I like how you titled the Blog FlashBacks...too cute. I am your classmate and I too did the same on catching up on blog assignments. I also waited until the end to complete my comments for classmates. You have a great point within your blog but just now there is a difference in teaching and educating. When one teaches they are fulfillment to the status quo yet when one educates he/she appeal to the diversity of the class as in entirety.

  3. Yes, you are leaving an intellectual trail. And a trail indicating whether you meet deadlines or not. In the real world there is no "catch up" after the deadline! And the same is true, for the most part, in EDM310!
